How do i cancel my order?

Currently we are not providing with direct cancellation system. But for cancellation, you can just contact us within 6-7 hours. After the order is dispatched from our warehouse, it is not possible for us to call it back.

Do you provide “Special Bulk Discount”?

Yes, we do provide bulk order discount and special rates for retailers. Just contact us for more information.

How will I receive my Order?

We use Fedex(For urban/Suburban) and India Post speed post (For rural area) as our shipping partner, and it takes up to 7 days to deliver it to your doorstep.

Check the status of your Order?

Just login to “My Account” section and go to “Order history” section for all your previous orders and click on the “Order no.” to check the current status of your order.

How do I select the best size?

If you have any doubt regarding the size, just grab your existing t-shirt that fits you properly. Now check chest size with the measuring tape. Get the same chest sized tee from us by checking our size chart guide.

Can I track my order?

After dispatching your order from our warehouse, we update your order with shipping details. You are also notified via email containing your tracking details.

How will i get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

After you complete your order, you will be notified with an email confirming your order. The second email will be sent to you when your order is shipped out. Although the order will be accepted when your credit card/ debit card details checks out. If it is a COD then just relax, your order will be delivered soon to you.

How do i place my order?

Follow these steps:
Select your piece from our digital wardrobe in desired size. For confusions in size, refer to our size guide. Click on “Add to Cart”, you can add multiple items at a single time. If you want to continue shopping, click on “Continue Shopping” or “Confirm Order” as the need be. Although you can shop as a guest user but shopping via your account on Mrig.in is highly recommended. Once your shopping spree is done, proceed to check out and submit your details and confirm your order.

Payment mode

Why do you charge extra for CODs?

We use fedex for CODs orders. As per the FedEx policy, they tend to charge additional Rs.50 for CODs orders. Thus the difference.

Do you provide any other payment method other than COD and Prepaid?

Yes, you can make a direct transfer payment to our bank account. You can deposit the cash to our bank account

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?

All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. The whole transaction process is safe and secured. Even our executive can’t access your Card/Login details.

Why COD is not available for customize product ?

Customized products are specially prepared for an individual, therefore we can’t risk it being returned because of any possible reason.

Why COD option is not available for my order ?

We use Fedex as our shipping partner. They prodvide CODs to limited locations only.
Once you input your pincode in checkout form, our system will check whether cod is available or not for your location. If COD is available for your location, then COD shipping option will be automatically enabled.

How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?

After successful conception of order, you will be able to see a “Thank you” page with order details. Also you will receive an email from us enclosed with your order details. In case of prepaid payment, you will receive an email from our payment gateway as well.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened to my money?

It happens in very rare cases. But if you do face any such issues feel free to contact us, we will look into matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

What should i do if your payment fails?

You have an un-disrupted internet connection.
Recheck the information filled-in the payment gateway.
In case of payment failure, the amount will be shown back again in your account within 7 business days.

Will there be any hidden charges?

We believe in transparency and therefore there will be no hidden charges in any case. The amount to be paid will be displayed while you confirm your order. All other charges will be borne by Mrig.in

Return and Replacement policy

When can a t-shirt be replaced/returned?

We have a very simple return/replacement policy. Just ship the product in original condition to us and we will happily replace/refund it.

In case of manufacturing defect, We will reimburse you Rs 100/- for courier charges as well.

otherwise the courier charges from your location to our location has to be bourne by the customer only.

In case of COD refund, Rs 50/- will be deducted from the total amount and remaining will be refunded back to you.

Can customized t-shirts be replaced/returned?

Customized t-shirts cannot be returned but only replaced. The replacement can be done only in condition of manufacturing defect. The product will be replaced with same design and size only.

*The size guide is given with every product on the site. Be very careful while selecting the size. In case of confusion, please feel free to contact us.
